How do you reset a Sapphire Spa?
In the past when a controller has entered an error condition it has been possible to reset the controller by turning the power to the controller off then on again. The controllers are now reset differently, in the event of an error condition the controller can now be reset by pushing a combination of touch pad buttons.
How do I drain my Sapphire Spa?
Locate the drain valve towards the base of your spa cabinet and pull cap out from the housing approximately 2” until it snaps into place. Depending on bather usage and the type of sanitising system used, your Sapphire Spa needs to be drained regularly every two to four months.
