How do I reset my Sapphire spa?
In the past when a controller has entered an error condition it has been possible to reset the controller by turning the power to the controller off then on again. The controllers are now reset differently, in the event of an error condition the controller can now be reset by pushing a combination of touch pad buttons.

How to resolve error 3 on Spa World Help Centre?
Turn on the hose full blast for about 1 minute. Find the circulation pump XS-3C (as shown in picture below). Loosen the barrel union anti clockwise located on the pipe coming from the top of the circulation pump model XS-3C. Listen for air escaping and then wait for water to start dribbling out. Tighten up the barrel union again.
