How do I know if my GREY tank is full?
If your grey tank is full, water will stop draining from the sink and/or shower pan and they will continue to fill with water. If your black tank is full, the same thing happens except it is much nastier.

At this point, you find the strange behavior to the fuel gauge, which distracts and annoys drivers. This resistance is connected to the fuel gauge in the driver’s dashboard. The variables resistance translates into the wrong fuel readings, making the low fuel light stay on even when the fuel tank is full.
How can you tell if your tank is full?
There is another way to know your tank is full (or close to it) besides using sensors or sound. “Sound” is also a good indicator, but in addition to that method, the closer to full, the more it smells (even if you use chemicals). You’ll want to dump for sure when you can’t take the smell any longer. “Splash back” is another indicator.

Why are my holding tanks showing full reading?
If you are showing a full reading on your gray and black holding tanks, it is because electricity is flowing between the probes. A circuit was established between the monitor and your tank probes, through the water or sludge.
