The size chart is usually off and no dependable. Obviously a lot of their stuff looks nice online and then horrible quality in person, its Forever 21 so sometimes you can expect that. I do like that they now accept returns for cash/credit and not a gift card. That does help me. A big reason for this rating is a lost package.
