How big is the WAECO cool Pro 14 litre?
Bought Waeco Cool Pro 14 litre and lent it to my truck driver son while his truck fridge was being repaid. He said apart from size was it was as good as his truck fridge/freezer. VERY CAREFULLY (so as not to short your power supply) supply 12V to the one on the left (black negative, red positive) and watch/listen to see if the fan comes on. You don’t need the lid on for this one because you are bypassing the switch. If the fan still does not come on, go to ‘1’.

Waeco Fridge – Not Cold Enough! My original 2008 era Waeco galley fridge needed a new thermostat last fall as the dial to adjust temp would just spin endlessly. Swapped it out with the same part and it works but it doesn’t get cold enough. The cockpit fridge (also original Waeco) doesn’t get cold enough either. Both have strong door seals.

Look for loose wires and make sure its plugged properly into the copressor and no broken wires or blown fuses. A controlbox R3500.00. When switch on observe the panel, does any codes show. (fault id’s) the fan could also be faulty.
