I love Island Spa and Sauna and it is still my go to spot for self-care, but as of recent, some areas that contributed to its 5-star rating fell off, and I am hoping feedback will help! After frequenting King Spa for a few years, it has become too overcrowded for my relaxation and enjoyment.
