Can you repair a cracked pool pump?
Small cracks in the pool pump lid are easily fixed with epoxy. If your pump enclosure has become brittle with age and sun exposure, the fix will probably be temporary. If the plastic housing is in good condition, the epoxy should seal the leak, saving you a costly repair.

How big is the O ring on a Pentair Challenger?
The rim has a channel that is supposed to accept a .250″ thick O ring. But the channel narrows down in one spot to .197″. Also the flange of the rim was not smooth. I tried to use my original O ring but that did not fit into the channel.
