Ordered 2 more thinking just a bad one and all three read the same. Got one from a pool store in a raypak package and it worked perfectly.

This sensor did not have the correct adapter to fit both the original or the new control board for the Raypak Model P-R406A-EN-C; manufactured after 2004. The adapter is too large and does not fit the control board. However, the manual clearly lists this part number as the part for this model.
