I bought this travel trailer when the owner who purchased it new traded after 1 year for a BH model because of the kids. It is now on it’s fifth season (4 for me) and has not had a single quality control issue.

My family loves this Springdale. It is the perfect length. Ours is 28’6 by my measurement. The weight it just under 6000 lbs. The quality in and outside if just outstanding. We haven’t had one issue in the past 14 months that we’ve owned it. Keep up the maintenance on this and I bet it will last a long while for us.
Is there a warranty on a Springdale RV?
A few months later the GFCI outlet failed but it was easier to install a $10 replacement from Lowes than haul it back for warranty. We sold it after 6 years without any further issues, I would buy another Springdale. Did you find this useful? This RV has a great layout with 2 slides that allow for numerous people to be in the camper at one time.

Why is my Keystone Springdale door not working?
Upon inspection found the heat deflector shield behind the door was not installed properly and was allowing the heat to go straight up and out the lip of the door instead of out the door vent. Dealer repaired the vent but Keystone denied fixing the paint because it had a bug screen installed.
Is the Keystone Springdale refrigerator covered by warranty?
Scotts in Tom’s River New Jersey told me it was covered for 2 years. I contacted the appliance company who told me it wasn’t covered. I than contacted Whirlpool who told me the refrigerator was manufactured in 2018. The warranty expired before I took possession of the trailer. I am now stuck with the bill. This is unacceptable.
Why are there so many bad reviews about Keystone?
It makes a person nervous when reading all the bad reviews about Keystone, but then I read them about other manufactures also. Maybe I got a unit built on a Wednesday, that’s hard to tell but because of my experience I do have faith in Keystone. Also, it is only right I should post a positive review for a positive experience.
Is the Keystone installer happy with the finish?
The Keystone installers are staple happy! The finish on wood cabinets has been a pleasant surprise. It looks as good as the day we bought the trailer. The hardware used for the drawers is still performing well even after the beating they take on the road. One problem that cropped up early on was loose screws.
What was the problem with the Keystone Cougar?
The other thing was a faulty “dead” Toshiba 32” TV. Greg’s RV told us go out and buy your choose of a new one. They even took care of getting the authorization from Keystone. It was kind of humorous because my trade is an electronic technician and I repair TVs as a profession. Figures I would get the bum one!
